Do you sell appliances? / Do you install appliances?QR does not sell appliances. We do however, offer installations.

Is your company insured?Yes, QR is fully insured up to $500,000. We can also provide Certificate of Liability if our clients request it.

Is there extra charge for Holiday and Weekends?We do not increase the rates. Rates will stay the same on Holidays and Weekends.

What is a service fee or diagnostic fee?A Service or Diagnostic Fee is a fee that is charged to send a technician out to check the problem with the appliance, after the appliance has been serviced, the Tech will send you an estimate if needed and determine if its fixable or not.

Is the service or diagnostic fee refundable?A service fee or diagnostic free are non-refundable.

Do I have any type of warranty on the service and part?Yes, we cover our clients with a 12-month warranty. Reach out for more details.

Will I be charged again if the technician has to return due to a non stocked part?Absolutely not!

Why is it important for me to answer and be home during my scheduled time?
QR can Not send a Technician out to a home without anyone being there during the appointment window. If for any reason you aren't able to keep your appointment, we ask that you call us as soon as possible to reschedule for a better time.
